Getting the Perfect Print: A Quick Guide to Image File

We want your custom shirt to look amazing! Here's how you can help us achieve the best results.

Best Option: Vector FilesThese are the gold standard for printing. They're like magic - we can resize them without losing any quality. If you have files ending in .ai, .eps, or .svg, that's perfect!

Good Option: High-Quality PNG or JPEG If you don't have vector files, no worries! We can work with PNG or JPEG too. Just make sure they're:

  • Big and clear (we recommend at least 300 dpi - think "extra crispy" rather than "blurry").
  • If possible, have a transparent background (for PNG files).
  • Screen shots are usually low quality and may print "blurry" on the garment.

What's DPI? DPI stands for "dots per inch." Think of it like sprinkles on a cupcake. More sprinkles (or dots) mean more detail. We need at least 300 sprinkles per inch to make your design look great when printed.
