Tee prices are based on a front print up to 10" × 6" on sizes S to XL; larger designs and extended sizes get an exact quote. Embroidery is quoted per design, since stitch count and one-time logo digitizing depend on your artwork. Send us your design and we'll price it, usually within one business day.

OsoPro Apparel started as a family operation during the pandemic and grew into a full custom apparel shop serving businesses, brands, and teams across San Diego County. When you work with us, you work directly with the people who print your order. No call centers, no offshore middlemen, no ticket queues.
We run our own apparel line too, so we know exactly what retail-quality merch looks like, and we hold your gear to the same standard we hold our own.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Order 1 piece or 100. Group pricing starts at 12 pieces, so that's where the per-shirt price starts dropping.
Should I choose printing or embroidery for my logo?
General rule: embroidery for polos, caps, and anything customer-facing, since it reads professional and lasts for years. DTF printing for tees and hoodies, full-color designs, photos, or fine detail that thread can't capture. Send us your logo and we'll recommend the right method for free.
How fast can you turn around an order?
Most print orders are ready in about 3 to 5 days; embroidery runs 10 to 14 days. Need it faster? Text us the date. Rush options are sometimes available depending on the week.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Pickup in Spring Valley, delivery across the greater San Diego area, and shipping anywhere in the US.
Can you help me if I don't have a design or a logo file?
Absolutely. Bring us a rough idea, a sketch, or a low-quality image and we'll work with you to create print-ready artwork. See our image guidelines for what makes the best results.
What garment brands do you use?
We work with Next Level Apparel, Bella+Canvas, Independent Trading Company, Gildan. Want something specific? Ask, we can usually source it.
Do you keep my logo on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your logo is set up, reorders are as easy as a text message, even for just a couple of pieces when you hire someone new.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. No minimums means you can order a single sample piece before committing to the full team order.
