It started with the form on this site

The owner of the Chick-fil-A Spring Valley location reached out through our quote form. They wanted a local shop for this order, and as a San Diego family business a few miles away, we were a natural fit. Over a handful of emails and phone calls we nailed down the garments, colors, quantities, and artwork.

The order

Cow Appreciation Day needed gear for the team and gear for the guests. The crew worked the day in cow-print "Can I get a herd?" tees, 89 shirts split between black and charcoal. Guests took home the second design, 50 black tees with the location's circle logo, along with 100 die-cut stickers. Nine embroidered caps rounded out the order.

One order, three methods. The staff shirts were screen printed, the right call for a single-color design at that quantity. The giveaway tees were DTF printed, since the location logo has multiple colors and fine detail that DTF captures best. The caps were embroidered in the red Chick-fil-A script. We weigh that choice on every job and use whichever method gives each design its best look.

The blanks were our staples. Next Level Apparel tees for their retail-soft quality and feel, and Decky adjustable caps that take embroidery cleanly. We put our name behind every garment we print, so we're picky about what we print on.

The deadline

Event orders don't get extensions. Everything had to be in hand for Tuesday, July 14, and the team was understandably concerned about the timeline. We delivered ahead of the due date, with enough margin for the staff to have their shirts before the event, not the morning of.

Beyond the delivery

We promoted the event to our local community with social posts before and during the day. The Chick-fil-A Spring Valley team liked and shared what we posted, and tagged us in their own posts from the event. That's what working with a local shop looks like. We don't just print for our neighbors, we show up for them.
